Forest Garden Self Service Password Reset (Windows Account)
Before you Can use the Self – Service Password Reset you must Register your recovery Details.
Please use your PERSONAL email address & either a personal mobile number or a work mobile number. Please do not enter your Desk phone number as this cannot receive verification Texts. |

Step 1- To reset your password please visit the “Forest It Helpdesk” and click on the Password Reset Button. |

Step 2- Enter your work email address. |

Step 3- Click on “Forgotten My password”. |
|
Step 4- Fill in your work Email address and the security Captcha code and press Next. |

Step 5- Select the 1st method or authorisation, then click on the appropriate button. This will send a verification code to your selected method, enter the verification code when requested.
Repeat the steps again for your 2nd verification method. |

Step 6- You re now ready to choose a new password.
