Forest Garden Self Service Password Reset (Windows Account)


Before you Can use the Self – Service Password Reset you must Register your recovery Details.

 

Please use your PERSONAL email address & either a personal mobile number or a work mobile number. Please do not enter your Desk phone number as this cannot receive verification Texts.

Step 1-

To reset your password please visit the “Forest It Helpdesk” and click on the Password Reset Button.

Step 2-

Enter your work email address.

Step 3-

Click on “Forgotten My password”.

Step 4-

Fill in your work Email address and the security Captcha code and press Next.

Step 5-

Select the 1st method or authorisation, then click on the appropriate button. This will send a verification code to your selected method, enter the verification code when requested.

 

Repeat the steps again for your 2nd verification method.

Step 6-

You re now ready to choose a new password.

 

Please remember that passwords are:

  • Minimum of 14 characters long
  • Must include a number
  • Must include a capital Letter
  • Cannot include your first or last name
  • Cannot have any consecutive numbers E.g 123 or 12345
  • Cannot be any of your previous passwords.
  • Cannot include the word “Forestgarden”

Step 7-

You have now successfully changed your password.
