Step 1 – Navigate to this webpage and install the Web Authenticator app. YOU MUST USE GOOGLE CHROME FOR THIS |

Step 2 – Navigate to the amazon webpage that requires the authenticator and log in, it will ask for an OTP code, to generate one please ask someone that currently has the authenticator install to give you an OTP code, and log in. |

Step 3 – once logged in navigate to the following webpage in a new Tab. |

Step 4 – click on “add new app” |

Step 5 – It will give you a new QR code to scan, now click on the chrome Authenticator plug-in you installed in step 1. And click on the “Plus“ Icon then select QR code then scan the QR code generated on the amazon website and then click on the “Verify OTP and Continue”. This has been completed you can now generate OTP codes. |
